Eurolines Low-cost and Promo Tickets are discount rate tickets subjected to some or to all the following conditions:

• they can not be refunded
• travel details can not be modified

low-cost rate tickets are issued in limited numbers that change according to the chosen route.

The discount increases proportionally to the purchase advance.

Low-cost and Promo Tickets may only be modified by upgrading to standard rates. Modifications are possible - except for the passenger's name - only once on either outward OR return journey, under payment of a minimum fee of 8€. Ex-PROMO Tickets can be modified only once and they will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
