During the Trip

Onboard
Out of repect for your fellow passengers, we would ask you to refrain from eating or drinking on board the coach. The consumption of alcohol or smoking onboard is strictly forbidden. Comfort stops are scheduled en-route to allow all passengers to consume refreshments. It is mandatory that all passengers use the seat belts provided.

Identification
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they obtain and are in possession of all the required valid documentation (Passports, identification cards, visas, residency permits etc) to enter or transit the countries as specified for your chosen journey. In the event that you purchase a ticket without the necessary documentation, Eurolines can refuse you transportation and the refund conditions listed in art. 12 of the General Conditions of Transport will apply.

Confirmation of the Return trip
It is a good idea to confirm your return trip with the office where your trip began at least 4 days in advance of the intended departure. A small supplement may be applied for this confirmation service. Confirmation is mandatory for Morocco, Serbia, Croatia, Ukraine and the Baltic states.
