Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 "Personal Data Protection Code", Eurolines Italia s.r.l., Holder of the processing, informs you that the processing of the personal data you give us will rely on principles of  correctness, lawfulness and transparency, granting Your privacy and Your rights
Pursuant to line 13 of the above mentioned legislative decree, therefore we inform you that:
1) Your identification data, Your address as well as any other information you may communicate us on your own accord will be collected, recorded, organized, stored and used only for those purposes needed to manage the services offered on www.eurolines.it, as well as to fulfill any legal duties;
2) the submittal of the above mentioned data is compulsory;
3) however, the lack of submittal would prevent us to fulfill Your request;
- the above mentioned data may be communicated to auditors of the company's assets and to Public Authorities or Bodies for legal duties. Your personal data may also be acknowledged by representatives and processing employees appointed by our company to fulfill Your request;
4) pursuant to par.29 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003, the responsible person for the processing is the legal attorney of our company, that is also the individual appointed to be contacted by the concerned person if he wants to exercise the rights referred to by par. 7 of the above mentioned Legislative Decree;
5) the processing is performed using IT means, and always granting the minimum measures to preserve data security and privacy, referred to by par. 34 and 35 of the  Legislative Decree 196/2003, in the ways referred to by the Technical Specifications (Attachment B) of the  Legislative Decree 196/2003;
6) data are stored at the registered office of our company -  Contrada Piano Delfico – 64100 Teramo - and with the appointed employees for the time provided for by civil and fiscal regulations;
7) the concerned individual may request the updated list of the employees appointed by our company to the above mentioned attorney, by sending an email to  postvendite@eurolines.it, or by regular mail at the address Posta all’Ufficio Postvendite, Contrada Piano Delfico, 64100 Teramo (I).
We finally remind you that you can at any time exercise Your rights towards the holder of the processing, pursuant to par. 7 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003, including the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of any personal data that may refer to him, even if not yet recorded, and to obtain the communication of the data in an understandable form, their source, the data processing purposes and mode, as well as which logic applies in case of IT instrument processing.  The concerned individual has the right to obtain the update, the correction or, if interested, the completion of the data, as well as the deletion, the transformation in anonymous way or the block of any data processed in violation of law. The concerned individual has also the right to oppose, totally or partially, for lawful reasons to the processing of personal data referred to him, even if consistent with the purpose of collection, or for commercial communications, to send advertisement materials or for direct sales.
