Cancellations

The cancellation of standard fare type tickets bought at a Eurolines ticket office must be done in person during office hours at the Eurolines office where the ticket was purchased; or by sending an email to booking@eurolines.it. The cancellation of an online ticket bought with credit card can be done using the booking system or by writing to the following email address booking@eurolines.it. Cancellation of Standard tickets by clients entitles him/her to the following refunds:

  • 75% of the ticket price if the cancellation is made up until 48 hours before the stated departure (if the amount to be refunded is inferior to 10€ no amount will be paid).
  • 50% of the ticket price if the cancellation is done within 48 hours of the stated departure (if the amount to be refunded is inferior to 20€ no amount will be paid)

Refunds are not applicable for PROMO fare type tickets. To obtain the refund of a cancelled standard ticket you must use the correct form.
