ON-LINE
You can make secure online payments with our ‘SECURED BY THAVTE, VERIFIED BY VISA, MASTERCARD SECURCODE’ systems. Tickets can be purchased and printed from the comfort of your own home. Simply take your electronic to the check-in office or coach stop 30 minutes before departure. The first time you access our booking system you will have to register. Next time you can access your information using the login name and password supplied.

EUROLINES TICKET OFFICES
There are over 100 agencies throughout Italy where you can purchase a Eurolines travel ticket . They can also give you helpful tips and illustrate all our destinations and offers. The list of ticket offices is available from the “Travelling” menu under “agencies. Click here to find the ticket office closest to you.

EUROLINES CALL-CENTER
Our Call Center is open from Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE RESERVATION HAPPENS WHEN THE TICKET IS PURCHASED (except of course when return dates are confirmed as part of a return ticket).

Modifications
The traveller can modify tickets purchased at a Eurolines ticket offices by visiting in person during business hours. Otherwise you can contact the Eurolines Call Center by e-mail at booking@eurolines.it. In order to modify tickets bought online via credit card, you can use the online booking system directly or send an email to the following address: booking@eurolines.it. Modification fees will vary depending on the type of modification requested and how long in advance of the departure the change is requested. For more detailed information please refer to the General Conditions of Transport. We would remind you however that for standard fare tickets:

  • the date change is accepted up to 72 hours before the departure:
    • if it is requested more than 24 hours before departure the price is 4€ per person for every modification;
    • if it is requested less than 24 hours before departure the cost is 8€ per person for every modification;
    • if requested after departure (maximum 72 hours after) the cost of the change is 50% of the standard adult tariff with a minimum of 20€ per person for every modification. In all other cases there is no refund available.
  • A change of the line is allowed up to 24 hours before departure with a cost of 25€ per person for every modification
  • A name change is allowed up until 4 days before departure for a cost of 25€ per person for every modification.

Outside of these time parameters, any changes will be considered as a cancellation.

Promotional price tickets are subject to specific restrictions:

  • Tickets bought with a PROMO tariff can be changed only after an upgrade to the standard tariff. Modifications are allowed (except name change) once, either for the outward or return leg at a minimum cost of 8€. The ex PROMO tickets can be changed only once and will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Minor Passengers
Travellers over 16 years of age are accepted for travel. Minor passengers must bring with them their identity documents, a copy of a parent's identification and an authorization form signed by that parent.
